Start your weekend off on the right foot and Join Ira Alexandra from Yoga North of 49 as she leads you in yoga practice with a different Theme each week!

Drop in or Register both are welcome. 1 hour class plus a cocktail to sip on after is $25; if you don't feel like partaking in the cocktail then feel free to exchange it for a $10 instore credit for future use.

Yoga will take place on our prestine event space that overlooks the Golden Ears mountians, with pleanty of room to stretch out and breath in the fresh country air.

For those of you that don't know Ira here is a bit of insider information on her background and passion for yoga.





Hello friends! Yoga has helped my body heal over the years and has calmed and focused my mind. I look forward to sharing these gifts with you! I started doing yoga in the 90's when it was just breaking into North America. I had some sports injuries from rowing and my chiropractor encouraged me to realign my body through movement. Since I had my children, I also found the gift of being present during my practise and finding space for myself. Yoga has helped me through anxiety, and is currently helping me recover from a concussion.  I recently acquired my 200 hour yoga certification and have been putting it to work!


I love combining the outdoors, good drinks and connecting with friends and the body in our outdoor yoga classes. Held rain or shine, bring your mat, your stretchy pants and an appetite for yummy local fare! 


The Hatha classes focus on helping you build your foundation or knowledge and postures.   The Vinyasa classes are all about flow and are more athletic, blending coordination and movement.  The Yin and Stretch classes help with focus on relaxing your body and cleansing your mind with fewer positions. Pilates included in most Vinyasa classes and sometimes I do a mixture of all in one. Enjoy unwinding from your week, moving your body and breathing deeply every Saturday at 10:30am!
