Roots and Wings Distillery in Fort Langley is back for another round, partnering with Chef Chris, to pair up some of their inspired cocktails with some delicious food from Eden West Gourmet! Roots and Wings Distillery will have their brand ambassador available through the class to help you better understand the fine art of cocktail creation meanwhile you'll be able to sample a few of them!

$85 plus taxes and fees.
On the Menu:
- Bacon Wrapped Figs – stuffed with Goat’s cheese, with brown sugar soy glaze.
Cocktail pairing – Old Fashioned… Rebel Whiskey, bitters, orange peel, sugar
- Duck Confit – served on baguette with cherry chutney and plum sauce
Cocktail pairing – Gin Sour… Jackknife Gin, lemon, raspberry, egg white
- Smoked Pork Tenderloin Chop – served on dirty rice with garlicky creamed spinach and chive butter.
Cocktail pairing – Whiskey Sour… Rebel Whiskey, bitters, egg white, lemon
- Molten Chocolate Cake – with citrus sauce and whipped cream
